Sending cards

Hi

I found your site quite by accident and it is great for my grandchildren.
Unhappily, when my gradson writes a card, the letters that appear do not correspond to the letters that appear on the screen.
Any idea why?

A big kiss from my gradson (4 years old) and his sister (2 years old) who watches him plau on UpToTen with glee.

Many thanks for your site that does not contain fights and violence, unlike TV.

I am sorry you are having problems....
Could you tell me if the ALL letters do this, or is it just certain letters (the @, for example).
Does this also happen on other programs such as Word?
