Can't I access the site now I have bought something?
Over the last few months, we have become great fans of your site. It provides great moments of joy and sharing for a grndmother and her grandson.
For his birthday, I decided to buy him the t-shirt, A Day on The Farm and the Bastien CD in French. He won't take the t-shirt off now - his favorite by far :o) All of that is great and I am very happy with my purchase.
However, my son has installed another PC for my grandson so that he can play more often with his friends. But we are very sad to see that he can't access the games any more. I tried at my house too and I get the same problem.
I find it shocking that you have cut access to the site to make us buy the download. If it is true that if someone buys one software from you that they must buy them all, then you should say so clearly.
I expect a reply from you. And I hope my grandson can play again with Boowa & Kwala soon. How can I explain this to him ?

Firstly, I would like to reassure you that the purchase you made is in no way related to the fact that the site doesn't work for you.
The site *should* still work the same for you.
When the site does not work correctly, then there is a problem somewhere (in no way or form related to your purchase).
We had a server problem from Monday to Sunday last week ... some people got a white screen and could not enter the site. This could have been the cause of your problem.
This was a technical glitch that has now been fixed... Our apologies to all who were disappointed in this way.

Does the UpToTen Kids window open? Do you get an error message?
