Reading e-mail cards
My grandson sent me a card, twice and I can not find it on the site.

I am sorry you are having trouble with the card service...
You should have received an email with a link in it. You need to copy/paste the entire link into the address bar in your browser and hit return to see the card:.
The link should look something like this:
http://www.uptoten.com/q2.phtml?v=1041017&w=dsye&l=en&t=2&
You will need the entire link from the "http" to the last "&"...
