Downloading the site

Hi

Some ads tell us we can download the site and play offline without monopolizing the telephone line. "Less than two hours to download on a 56 K modem"

When I click on the link, I find myself in the toyshop with the option to buy a CD-ROM... What is the problem?

Guillaume B, France

Hi Guillaume

The on-line site itself is free.
We have made a software package (that you refer to as a CD-ROM) that users can download. This is a paying option and is there for the convenience of anyone who prefers their kids to play offline (and those who want to free up their telephone line).

You can purchase all the games from the site here.

I wanted to try our Boowa and Kwala, but it won't work. Why ?

Francine R, Canada

Hi Francine

Are you talking about the site or the software purchased from the toyshop ?
Could you send a screenshot
- get to the part where it doesn't work, then press "print screen" on your keyboard, then open MS Paint, then press CTRL+V, then save the document as a bitmap and send it to us by email at the "help" address (see left).
All the best
