I am sorry you are having trouble with the card service...
The email your eceived has a link in it - You need to copy/paste the entire link into the address bar in your browser and hit return to see the card:
The link should look something like this:
http://www.uptoten.com/q2.phtml?v=1041017&w=dsye&l=en&t=2&
You will need the entire link from the "http" to the last "&"...
If the pop-up window with the card in it does not open, check this explanation..
