Snow in Summer

Hi to you Boowa & Kwala, I can't tell you how disappointed my 3 yr old daughter, Daisy, was on Christmas Eve after she found out that there would be no snow on Christmas Day. Unfortunately, all the Christmas cards, pictures, games etc we see everywhere involve snow men, snow scapes, pretty icicles etc.... which is just not going to happen in the middle of Summer here in Australia! How about including your Southern Hemisphere fans and showing Santa in his bathers, maybe surfing with Kwala?? It will serve as a discussion point for the Northen kids too, about how the seasons are different the world over. Thanks very much for a fantastic web site, I've told all my mum-friends about you too and have had great feedback from them too. From Pip.

Hi Pip

You are right, of course. Wintertime is represented as it is seen in the Northern Hemisphere. And that is out of synch with what we see in the Southern Hemisphere...
It would be really nice to have some games "Christmas in Australia with Boowa and Kwala" and show a hot and sunny Christmas time. It would require a little explaining, or the kids who DO see snow would get confused too !
