We have forgotten the password
My child's name is BASTIEN ; and he is a Club member, but we have forgotten his nickname and password. Can you help me ?

Hi Véronique
You will find Bastien's nickname and secret code in the "Personal Data" section of UpToTen Parents section by clicking here.
You will need to login (username and password), then click on the "Your children’s club membership" tab.
The nickname and secret code are both there...
You can change or delete any information concerning your child here (birthday, name....)
