My son and his Mac

I am VERY happy to have found this marvellous site for kids.
One question :
My son has an iMac. Will he have any compatibility problems on the site ? I ask this because I noticed that the screensaver welcome gift is only available for PC...

Hi Slim,

At UpToTen we decided to offer full compatibility for Mac, even though 98% of out users have a PC ! We use Macs for the sound and the graphic design on the site, so we understand this type of Mac related issue.

So don't worry about compatibility on the site itself, 100% of the site (e-cards, games, functions, printing capabilities...) are compatible Mac/PC/Linux/BSD...

Unhappily (for you) we have not been able to develop some elements for all these platforms due to a lack of time and funding (contrary to appearances, UpToTen is a very small company).
- For example, the bundled 471 Games on sale in the toy store is available for both Mac and PC. Whereas the individual modules that make up the modules (kidsgames, around the world etc) are available only for PC.

We would like apologize to all our Mac and Linux users, but we do not have the time or ressources to offer a Mac version of the screensavers.
