My password doesn´t work

I thought I had forgotten my password so I demanded it again, but even this way, it doesn´t work.

Hi Teresa,

I just tested your account and it works fine from here. I noticed that your password contains capital letters. Please be careful with this as the password is cASeSenSiTiVE. Please also be careful if you copy / paste your password as a space is often added to the end when you do this. The space counts as a part of your password and is refused...
