Changing a Nickname
Can you tell me how to change the nickname for my child in the Boowa & Kwala club?

Hi Jacqueline,
Please write to me by email at widaad@uptoten.com and I will change it by hand.
We do not currently allow Nickname changes from within your UpToTen User Account. This is for two reasons:
- To ensure that each nickname is unique
- To ensure that the nickname is not too similar to the real name. Our privacy policy states that that your child's full name is confidential information and should not be publicly displayed on UpToTen.
