Animated post cards

Why do some of my cards not get to their intended destination and yet you confirm that you have sent them. thank you

Hi Sonia

I am sorry that you have experienced some problems here.

We send the emails to the addresses you give - our servers are 99.9999% reliable (that's the guarantee that our hosting service Rackspace give us). We cannot guarantee delivery, though. This is for several reasons:
- The recipient may be using a white list of email addresses s/he will receive mail from. If we are not on that list, the email may not get through.
- The recipient's email box may be full
- The recipient's service provider may refuse emails from certain places. We know that Wanadoo were refusing our emails for a week last year. We contacted them to point out their error and they started accepting them again.
- You may have made a mistake in the email address (surprisingly, this is the most common reason)

Could you possibly contact us off forum to give us the email addresses and confirmation emails for the cards that were not delivered. We can then investigate and see if we can identify the reason for their non-delivery. This will enable us to improve our service...

If anyone else has a problem of this sort (card not delivered, card not working, card not available...), please send me the confirmation email you received so that I can figure out why, and find a solution.
