Hi Cecile,

The image code is for Boowa & Kwala Club members to enter the club in the site. Your child must be a member to have a code...

If you have registered your child for the Boowa & Kwala Club, you will need to login to your UpToTen Users Account here. Then click on "Your children's Club Membership". YOu will find the secret code there.

If you have not yet registered your child for the Club, please login to your UpToTen Users Account here. Then click on "Join the Club", and fill in the form.
