Secret code

I am a club member but I don't have a secret code. How do I get in?

Hi Cécile

I just looked at your account, and you have not signed your child up for the Club. When you do that, you will choose a secret code (images) and a nickname. With those, you will be able to get into the club section no problem...

Click here to sign in (your username is your email address and the password is the one you chose when you opened your UpToTen User Account), then on the "Join the Club" tab to sign your child up for the Club...

We have signed up an imaginary child for you, so that you see how it works.
