Accessing games?
Are the games for children no longer available for free? My daughter and I can't seem to find the games!

Yes, the games are still available for free - we just changed the first page around a little. Click on "UpToTen Kids", or click here.

I can't get the games
When I click on pToTen, I just get the exit page. No games appear :o(

I am sorry you are having problems getting into the site.
This problem is most often caused by "anti-pop up ad software". It blocks some of our code and prevents the site from working.
The solution : You can configure it to accept pop ups on http://www.uptoten.com, and the site will work.
Thanks for bringing this problem to our attention. In reseponse to your message, we are currently installing an automatic warning for users when this problem arises.

Animated cards
I sent my grandson an ecard, but he couldn't open it. Is having a Mac the problem ?

I am sorry your grandson had problems opening his card.
The cards are compatible with Mac as well as PC, so that should not be an issue here.
There are several possibilities :
- He has anti-pop up software installed that prevents the card being shown.If this is the case, he should automatically get a warning on the site.
- He has not got Flash 5 installed on his browser. Once again, he should get a warning on the site.
- He did not receive the card. This was a temporary problem with Wanadoo in France - their users were not receiving emails sent from the UpToTen site. We have now contacted Wanadoo and the problem has been fixed.
If this doe not cover your problem, please write back with a description of what happens on screen when he tries to view the card.

It seems that there are quite a few people with this problem at the moment.
It is usually caused by software firewalls (such as ZoneAlarm)...
We have just set up a special bit of code that sees when the UpToTen Kids window doesn't open, and shows an explanatory message and some suggested solutions.
We would appreciate any feedback from people who get this message, as this will help us to find a better solution....
