My Password

My password does not work. When I asked for you to send a treminder, the password was not waht I set it as.
How do I login?

Hi Michel

It may be that you used an accent in your password.
Our system does not currently support accents in passwords.
We are updating the system so that accents can be used - this should be ready later today.
