UpToTen offers a FREE registration to the Boowa and Kwala club to all visitors to the sites. The club offers a multitude of extra functionalities:

• Access to secret pages and extra games
• A personalized site
• The Boowa and Kwala monthly newsletter
• Free files and virtual gifts

> Requesting a game

Club members can request specific games. If we choose to make the requested game, a prize will be awarded.

> Showing art in the Boowa and Kwala gallery

Club members can submit their artwork to the galleries. A prize will be awarded for any work we show.

> Making a home page

Club members will soon have the possibility of creating their own homepage using special Boowa and Kwala content.

> Writing to us

Club members can write to Boowa and Kwala. And Boowa and Kwala will write back. Personally! In the months (and years) to come we will offer more services to club members.

AND BEST OF ALL - Club members can participate in Boowa & Kwala Club contests and win prizes !

UpToTen fully reserves the right to alter, delete or add features without prior warning. We will make our best efforts to make any changes as smooth as possible for club members.

Terms and conditions that apply to club members

The parent or legal guardian expressly grants UpToTen the royalty-free right to use any drawings, sketches, poems or any other material or ideas that they or their child may send to UpToTen and that they can be freely reproduced, displayed and adapted for use on any of UpToTen's Sites.

NB : should UpToTen offer prizes, the address given in the parental account will be used to send them.


Promotions

Club membership also entails, unless otherwise mentioned, direct access to special offers on products and services presented by UpToTen and partners chosen by them.

The products presented by these partners are "recommended" by BOOWA & KWALA and are therefore made by partners of renown, are of high quality and are specifically suited to BOOWA & KWALA's users.


Registration

The Boowa and Kwala club requires registration. For this registration process: Parents / guardians please take note:

A Child cannot register on their own. A responible person with an UpToTen User Account must register themYou will then use this account to :

– Subscribe your children to the Boowa and Kwala club.
– Keep up to date with UpToTen sites.
– Access/modify/delete the personally identifiable information UpToTen holds concerning your child(ren).
– Receive offers from carefully chosen partners

This account allows us to ensure ourselves that:

– You have reached the age of majority.
– You will only use this account to subscribe children for whom you are the legal
guardian. – You will fill in the registration form for your children.

Once you have opened the parental account, we will send your password to the e-mail address you use to open the account. From your UpToTen User Account, you will be able to register (free) one or more children. You will also be able to access, change and delete to your personal data and the personal data concerning your children.

Your UpToTen User Account will also give your children free and unlimited access to UpToTen Kids

As a club member, your child will need to choose a "Nickname" and a secret code. We suggest that the Nickname be different than the child's real name to help assure the child's privacy.

We ask that you yourself fill in the club registration form with the following information: First name, Family name, Date of birth, Nickname, Secret code, Country, Gender, E-mail address
